Chengdu is the capital city of China's Sichuan province, which is located in Southwest China and neighbors Yunnan and Tibet.  As of 2014 the administrative area houses 14 million inhabitants, with an urban population of more than 10 million. At the time of the 2010 census, Chengdu was the 5th-most populous agglomeration in China. The surrounding Chengdu Plain is known as the "Land of Abundance" (Chinese: 天府之国; pinyin: Tiānfǔ zhi Guó). It is now one of the most important economic, financial, commercial, cultural, transportation, and communication centers in Western China,  and its airport(Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, CTU) is one of the 30 busiest airports in the world. More than 260 Fortune 500 companies have established branches in Chengdu. In 2006, China Daily named it China's 4th-most-livable city.

Established in 1957, Jinniu Hotel is located in No.2 Jinquan Road, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. As the biggest villa-style hotel in Sichuan with a total area of 42 hectares, it is the official reception base of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government and is known as the Sichuan state guest house. The hotel enjoys favorable location and pleasant environment. It takes only 5 minutes’ walk to get to the metro station, half an hour’s drive to the city center and train station and one hour’s drive to the airport. The hotel boasts one of the biggest meeting venues in Chengdu with 40 well-equipped meeting rooms and 3 grand meeting halls.

Plenary hall is held in Conference hall building.




Club Building:

Four parallel sessions (S1, S2, S3, S4) are held in Club building.




West Building:

Three parallel sessions (S5, S6, S7) are held in West building.






East Building:

Two parallel sessions (S8, S9) are held in East building.
